The masterplan includes an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse and five-star hotel, approximately 200 private villas, and a beachfront complex housing 190 luxury apartments. Each component is positioned to respond to the surrounding landscape, while remaining part of a coherent overall vision.

A private community set within the coastal hills of the Gulf of Aqaba, combining championship golf, active leisure, and contemporary living, within a carefully considered masterplan.
Sketches form the first steps of image creation, composition, colors and lighting fall play a key role in their creation. Our process is front loaded to ensure that direction is clear from the start. These Sketches represent our exploration of the progressive architectural centerpiece, a beach-front complex with a spectacular cantilevered structure.

Villas are arranged around the golf course to maximise views, privacy, and connection to the terrain, conceived as private retreats set within the landscape. Imagery aimed to show how the villas respond to the topography, helping to shape orientation, arrival, and everyday living within the masterplan.
Imagery and animation were developed as a design communication tool, supporting conceptual development and stakeholder alignment. By clearly articulating the scale, landscape strategy and programme of the masterplan, the visuals helped establish a shared understanding of intent and direction across the team.

Over the course of a five week production window, Pixelflakes completed 20 images and helped explore a further 10 areas, aiding design development through imagery. Collateral was well received by both Aedas and the wider NEOM group, and has since gone on to form the expected benchmark of quality for commissioned CGI imagery in the region.
